About You
We're on the hunt for a curious, data-loving CRM Campaign Specialist to help us keep our customers clicking, tapping, opening and coming back for more. Working alongside our CRM Manager, you'll help bring our lifecycle marketing strategy to life across Email, Push Notifications, WhatsApp and whatever CRM magic comes next.
Responsibilities:
CRM Campaign Management
Build, QA, schedule and deploy CRM campaigns across Email, Push Notifications and WhatsApp.
Coordinate campaign execution to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Ensure all campaigns meet brand and quality standards.
Lifecycle Marketing
Assist in executing and optimising automated customer journeys,
including: Welcome Series, Browse Abandonment, Cart Abandonment, Post Purchase, Win-back, Re-engagement, Promotional Journeys
Work alongside the CRM Manager to identify opportunities to improve lifecycle performance.
Segmentation & Personalisation
Build customer audiences and behavioural segments.
Support personalised campaign execution using customer data
Assist in implementing dynamic content and customer personalisation initiatives.
Testing & Optimisation
Execute A/B tests across CRM campaigns and journeys.
Analyse results and recommend improvements.
Working alongside the CRM Manager to continuously optimise subject lines, content, send times, audiences and customer journeys.
Reporting & Insights
Produce weekly and monthly CRM performance reports.
Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour.
Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
Present insights and recommendations to the CRM Manager.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Creative, Brand, Merchandising, Product and Tech (if and when required) teams to deliver successful campaigns.
Manage campaign briefs and coordinate assets.
Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently.
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years' experience in CRM, Email Marketing or Marketing Automation, preferably within eCommerce.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Bloomreach, Netcore, Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys or similar.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing.
Experience building and optimising automated customer journeys.
Experience with customer segmentation and personalisation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience interpreting campaign performance data and making optimisation recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with strong project management skills.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Experience working with platforms mentioned above
SQL knowledge.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email.
Experience with GA4, Tableau or Looker Studio.
Experience with Push Notifications and WhatsApp marketing.
Familiarity with Asana, Jira and Litmus.
