About You
We're looking for a Mid-Weight Multimedia Designer who knows how to make pixels move and ideas perform. You'll create thumb-stopping designs, animations and videos that help turn browsers into buyers, while bringing brand stories to life across paid media, social and marketing campaigns. Working closely with our in-house Creative Team, you'll collaborate on big ideas, create content that gets noticed, and help keep our brand looking sharp (and moving beautifully) wherever it appears.
Responsibilities:
Paid Media Creative
Design performance-focused static and animated creative for Paid Media campaigns across multiple platforms.
Create assets across the full marketing funnel, including awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns.
Translate creative briefs, campaign objectives, and audience insights into compelling visual concepts.
Produce multiple creative variations for testing and optimisation purposes.
Collaborate with media buyers and marketers to evolve and improve creative based on performance insights.
Contribute to creative brainstorming, concept development, and campaign ideation.
Stay up to date with evolving platform specifications, creative trends, and best practices.
Deliver assets that balance strong creative execution with commercial objectives.
General Marketing Creative
Design and develop on-brand marketing assets, including: Website banners, Social media content, Email campaign assets, Motion graphics and video content and Campaign collateral
Support wider Marketing and Creative Team initiatives as required.
Help maintain visual consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the OneDayOnly brand through thoughtful design and creative execution.
Experience and Qualifications:
3–5 years' experience in a digital, multimedia, or graphic design role.
Agency, retail, e-commerce, or performance marketing experience is advantageous.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Experience creating content for Paid Media platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, or programmatic channels. (Advantageous)
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
Experience creating motion graphics (*must), animated content(*must), and short-form video assets. (*advantageous)
Understanding of creative performance metrics and the ability to apply campaign insights to future creative work.
Experience designing for mobile-first environments.
Familiarity with Figma is advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to share ideas and contribute to team success.
