About You
You love turning organised chaos into smooth-running campaigns, can juggle stakeholders without dropping the ball, and somehow always know who's waiting on what. Deadlines don't scare you, details don't slip past you, and nothing beats the feeling of seeing a campaign go live exactly as planned. If you're equal parts people person, project wrangler, and brand cheerleader, with a healthy appreciation for organised fun, you'll fit right in.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Coordination: Support the end-to-end delivery of brand campaigns by managing timelines, briefing creative, tracking deliverables, and ensuring assets land on time across all consumer channels including web, app, social, CRM & paid.
Sales Team Liaison: Act as the day-to-day brand contact for the ODO sales team. Build strong working relationships that keep brand and commercial efforts aligned, and ensure the sales team’s campaigns are always briefed and delivered on time with excellence.
Agency & Supplier Management: Work closely with the PR agency to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time, and to standard. Liaise with ATL agencies and suppliers to make sure brand initiatives are rolled out effectively, keeping all parties aligned and accountable throughout.
Supplier & Partner Initiatives: Own the execution of supplier-driven brand activations from brief to wrap-up. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver against agreed timelines, brand standards, and commercial objectives.
Brand Guardianship: Together with the Brand Coordinator, serve as a quality control checkpoint for outgoing brand and sales communications. Keep an eye on tone, visual consistency, and messaging across touchpoints.
Asset Briefing & Creative Management: Brief brand initiatives into the creative department and manage the process through to delivery, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring output is on-brand and on-time.
Partnership Logistics: together with the brand coordinator manage the logistics of brand partnership executions including T&Cs, prize coordination, timelines, and reporting.
Reporting & Admin: Contribute to post-campaign reports, compile performance stats, and maintain organised campaign documentation. Support the preparation of internal decks and presentations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand Coordinator, provide clear direction where needed, and collaborate across the social, CRM, digital, and paid media teams to ensure joined-up execution.

Experience and Qualifications:
A BA Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in a marketing, brand, or campaign coordination role.
Experience working within or alongside a sales function is advantageous.
Advertising agency experience is advantageous — an understanding of how briefs, creative processes, and campaign timelines work in an agency environment will set you apart.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball on detail or deadlines.
Comfortable liaising with commercial and supplier stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
