About You
We are looking for a Sales Process & Compliance Coordinator to ensure our Sales Team operates accurately, consistently, and in line with established processes and compliance standards. This role sits at the intersection of compliance, process improvement, and systems enablement.
You will work closely with the Sales Team, Legal, and the Business Process Manager to ensure that our workflows make it easy to do the right thing - and hard to do the wrong thing. This is not a passive support role. We are looking for someone who can think analytically, spot gaps, challenge inconsistencies, and take ownership of solutions.
Responsibilities
Process & Compliance Enablement
- Ensure Sales processes are followed consistently.
- Identify gaps, risks, or ambiguities in workflows.
- Propose practical improvements to processes and documentation.
- Challenge existing conventions where they no longer serve the business.
Compliance Oversight
- Conduct structured quality checks on listings and workflows.
- Identify patterns and repeat issues rather than focusing on individual mistakes.
- Analyse operational performance trends to identify risk areas or recurring breakdowns.
- Provide structured feedback and corrective guidance based on observed patterns.
- Work with the Sales Team to address root causes and reinforce improved behaviour.
Systems & Development Liaison
- Assist in identifying system improvements that reduce risk or inefficiency.
- Draft structured development requirements for review.
- Support communication between Sales and the Development team.
- Track progress on process-related development initiatives.
Legal Coordination
- Ensure legal matters are escalated appropriately and with correct context.
- Perform basic first-level checks where answers are clear.
- Translate legal guidance into practical operational rules.
Process Documentation & Clarity
- Maintain clear and practical process documentation.
- Ensure SOPs reflect how work actually happens.
- Remove ambiguity and unnecessary complexity.
Experience and Qualifications
- A relevant Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in operations, process, compliance, governance, or a similar analytical role.
- Experience working in structured, deadline-driven environments.
- Exposure to systems, workflow documentation, or requirement writing.
- Previous experience working cross-functionally is advantageous.
- Analytically strong and detail-obsessed.
- Forward-thinking and able to identify gaps proactively.
- Comfortable challenging others constructively.
- Confident in engaging with Sales and Legal stakeholders.
- Able to influence without direct authority.
- Structured in thinking and communication.
- Comfortable working with systems and technical workflows.
- Experienced in drafting structured requirements or process documentation.
