About You
We are looking for a detail-oriented, data-savvy E-Commerce Merchandise Assistant to support the merchandising team in maintaining and optimising our online website. You are comfortable working with numbers, analysing sales performance, and turning insights into practical merchandising decisions that enhance the customer experience and drive profit.
You will be responsible for continuously refreshing and reshuffling the homepage throughout the day, using live performance data, stock availability, and customer behaviour to guide decisions. This role is best suited to someone who enjoys structure, pays close attention to detail, and finds satisfaction in continuous improvement rather than one-off projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the E-Commerce Merchandiser in daily operations, page management, and product placement.
- Monitor product performance and refresh the daily deals page throughout the day to keep it engaging and relevant for customers.
- Liaise with the sales team to request additional stock from suppliers when live deals sell out.
- Curate, test, and schedule newsletters using Netcore from time to time, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Work with sales data from multiple brands and products, interpreting it to make informed merchandising decisions.
- Pull and analyse reports from Tableau, Google Analytics, frankey, and Algolia daily to make informed decisions and page shuffles.
- Maintain effective communication across departments, particularly sales.
