About You

We’re on the hunt for an HR Intern who’s got a sense of urgency, a warm and approachable vibe, and the magic touch when it comes to building strong relationships. In our fast-paced world, things change quickly, so if you can keep up, think on your feet, and bring some positive energy to the team—we want you! Bonus points if you're a master of details, have top-tier administrative skills, and can spot a missing comma from a mile away. If you love the idea of being the go-to person for all things people-related while learning the ropes of HR, this is your chance to shine

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various administrative tasks to support the Human Resource Team
  • Help the Talent Acquisition Specialist with shortlisting CV’s, arranging interviews, conducting reference checks and maintaining an accurate database of candidates
  • Assist with the onboarding of new hires, including ensuring new employee documents are received
  • Assist the Payroll Specialist with payroll administration maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
  • Maintain records and ensure employee files are up to date
  • Assist with drafting HR documentation
  • Assist with answering general HR queries from employees and escalate where necessary

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Completed bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • A strong willingness to learn about all aspects of Human Resources
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to form strong relationships
  • The ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to embrace feedback and work well under pressure.
  • A fast learner who adjusts easily to changing environments.
